Zuli Approved Kid Friendly Destinations

This week, we switched it up.

No trails. No playgrounds.
Just one of our go-to staples—COSI.

And if you’ve been following along, you know this wasn’t our first time… not even close.

✅ COSI Day Checklist

• ✅ Dinosaur exhibit (every. single. time. 🦖)
• ✅ Hands-on exhibits = chaos in the best way
• ✅ Mythical creatures (we finally went all in) 🐉🦄🧜‍♀️

We have a routine at this point.

You walk in, and it’s straight to the dinosaurs. No discussion. No detours. It’s basically tradition now, and honestly, it still hits every single time.

But this trip, we did something different.

Even though the Mythical Creatures exhibit has been around since earlier this year, we usually breeze past it… or say “we’ll check it out next time.”

Not this time.

This time we stopped—and it delivered.

Dragons.
Unicorns.
Mermaids.

And suddenly the day goes from: “Look at these fossils…”

to: “Wait… could dragons have actually existed??”

That’s the thing about COSI.

You can go ten times, follow the same path, and still end up having a completely different day just by leaning into something you usually skip.

And of course, the rest of the day played out exactly how you’d expect:

• Running from one exhibit to the next
• Pressing every button possible
• Equal parts learning and total chaos

The Verdict

COSI stays on the starter rotation for a reason.

It’s consistent. It works. And it adapts—whether your kids are in a dinosaur phase, a dragon phase, or just a “touch everything and run” phase.

Not a park this week…

…but still another locked-in family win ✅
